Pre-ordering means purchasing an item before it is officially released or in stock. You secure your order in advance, and the item is shipped to you once it becomes available. This allows small businesses, like Mochipan, to produce original products without a giant budget.
Pre-ordering allows you to secure popular or limited-edition items. It's a great way to guarantee you get the size and style you want. With most of the pre-orders on Mochipan, the style will not be stocked after the pre-order period ends, so a pre-order is likely your only chance to get your hands on the item you want.
The estimated delivery date for pre-ordered clothing varies depending on the item. Check the product description for the expected ship date. Please note that these are not guarantees, and due to delays or unforseen circumstances the project may be delayed a little. Rest assured I am always working hard to get these items to you ASAP.
Please review the refund policy here. Pre-order items that do not fit are eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, please keep in mind that stock for specific sizes is extremely limited, and exchanges might be impossible due to this. If the issue is found to be due to customer error, the customer will likely need to pay for the return shipping. All items must be unworn and unused (trying them on is okay), and have original tags and packaging.
Currently the majority of my products are custom, original products sourced from ethical (third party verified) factories in China. These products are designed and produced by Mochipan exclusively. There are very few wholesale items that Mochipan sells. Wholesale means means that Mochipan buys anywhere from ten to one hundred pieces of an existing item from the factory and store the stock in my own tiny warehouse.
At this current point in time, 100% of my products, whether original or wholesale, are sourced from China.
I run this store completely by myself and, as a result, am often unable to reply immediately. As my schedule changes, I will always keep this up-to-date.
Right now, my response times are roughly 2-3 days.
That being said, if you haven't received a reply within 3+ days, it is likely something happened to the email and it is lost in the void. Please try following up via another email.
